My name’s Paul Davison, I am the director of Sierran Ltd. We are a UK contact centre and we work on behalf of clients and brands and call out from the UK to their customers and prospects.

What was the situation before you signed up with Agovo?

We felt that we didn’t really have ownership of our CRM system. One of the things that we found very difficult was to manage any change. We found that we needed somebody who could actually provide us with support  that was reliable, regular and was also very personal. We weren’t actually in a position that we had that from our current providers and they were the things that we needed to address when looking at a alternative provider.

Why did you choose Agovo?

The decision to go with Agovo was because of a number of different reasons. First of all, a recommendation is very important to us because we always think it’s useful to understand someone else’s experience when using a company. In addition to that, we went and met the team over in Weybridge. One of the most important things for me is that the team actually listened to my requirements, took time to understand exactly what we were looking for and above all they were just very professional in their approach.

What is the most important thing to keep in mind when selecting a CRM partner?

I think for me it’s around the listening. The most important thing is for somebody that we are going to partner with to understand what we are looking for and also build that relationship and spend the time to understand exactly what we will need on a day to day basis.

How has Agovo helped your business?

Agovo has helped us as a business take ownership of our CRM system. It’s been very clear from the beginning that this is something very core to their values and it’s helped us understand exactly how the system can help us grow. It’s very important to me as a Director is to make sure I have got reporting performance across the business and there are some reports that used to take me hours to produce manually, I can now actually get a view of the performance of the business within seconds just by a click of a button which is obviously essential.
